He has also been a licensed real estate broker for the past 20 years in California and Georgia.

Co-Owner & REALTOR® Loren has spent her career working in investment management identifying undervalued companies based on fundamental characteristics to build high ROIC institutional client equity portfolios. She has shifted her focus to generating high ROIC single-family residential real estate property portfolios. She and her husband purchase distressed single-family homes, renovating, and maintaining the properties for income for their personal real estate portfolio and for investors.

Associate Broker & REALTOR® Naomi brings 20+ years experience as a real estate professional, specializing in commercial and land sales. Buys and Sells investment properties. Pursued a license in Real Estate Sales after years as part owner in a construction business centered in site work and grading business. Project manager on several residential new construction properties. Enjoys volunteer work focused on clearing up title issues for the sale of non-profit properties prior to marketing.
